Welcome to Dr. Zack Charkawi's Johns Creek Family Practice web site.  We are pleased to announce the opening of our family medicine office in Johns Creek.   We are accepting new patients and look forward to providing for your health care needs.

Johns Creek Family Practice is conveniently located near the Peachtree Parkway (Highway 141) and McGinnis Ferry Road intersections, directly across from Emory Johns Creek Hospital on Hospital Parkway.  Dr. Charkawi is accepting new patients in South Forsyth, Gwinnett and North Fulton counties and surrounding North Atlanta area.
