Dr. Zack Charkawi's Johns Creek family practice office is conveniently located and accessible from Peachtree Parkway (141) and McGinnis Ferry Road.  Our Johns Creek office provides family health care services for patient in South Forsyth, Gwinnett County, North Fulton County and surround areas.
